sun and wind in morning dress

A bird on a wire,

Cohen’s melancholy song

a passing of time.

Like a Spanish dancer

your dress unfurls

to the song of the sun,

beguiling the attentive caresses

of hectic bees.

Spring hangs chains

Spring hangs chains

from bough and twig,

lamplighter bees

begin their ministrations.

There is a smile upon the breeze.

Spring

spawning in the pond
nature tilts at spring's new dawn
life in a bubble

Flavour

Amazing Grace of God:
snowflake on the ground
covering the barren with white,
precision creation
bringing life.
Yet still we coat
this road with salt.
