Welcome.......

Welcome to my 'small stone' blog.
I hope you find
something here that will touch your heart. The poems here will all be very short, some will be a Haiku style, and were prompted by the 'a river of stones' project: http://ariverofstones.blogspot.com/2011/01/what-is-small-stone.html
Please sign my
guest book, your comments will be much appreciated.

About me

Keith Wallis is an English poet.

Married to Val in 1970 they have two sons and three grandsons. The eldest grandson is disabled and cannot communicate verbally.
Though not an ‘academic’ (school was a disaster for him AND his parents) he was always fond of writing. He began submitting work for publication in the 1980’s after being encouraged by David R. Morgan at that time a community writer in residence.

He began submitting work for publication in the 1980’s. Small press magazines were in their heyday and a number of small press magazines and anthologies took the work. He also produced the cover art for a number of books by other poets and graphics which appeared in the magazines. Four small booklets were published over the following few years, three published by Stride Publications and one by Sol Publications.
Recently work has been published by:
RootsWorship, EveryDayPoets, PoetryMonthly International, Word Catalyst Magazine,
The Cypress Times, Christian Poet's Pen, Perpetual Magazine, Bewildering Stories,
FaithFilledFamily magazine, Ruby magazine, Poetry Space and others.
